Katie Hall

Katie has been with our office since 2001 and has been our office manager since her inception.  In May 2008, Katie graduated SUNY Suffolk Community College where she earned her Associates Degree in Journalism. In May 2010, Katie graduated SUNY Farmingdale where she earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Professional Communications with a Journalism concentration. Katie and her husband welcomed their first daughter in March 2011 and boy/girl twins in July 2014.  As her personal life is changing, Katie will be focusing her duties on client communications, social media, and acting as general manager while continuing her in-office duties on a reduced basis. 

Alex Maiello Rao

Alex joined the Three Village Veterinary Hospital family in August 2011.  Alex always keeps the staff and clients laughing! Alex was born and raised on Long Island. She attended Suffolk County Community College and completed her Associates Degree in May 2012. Alex graduated Stony Brook University's Nursing program in May 2014 and became an RN. Alex has aspirations of becoming a certified nurse midwife. Alex is our office manager and she is doing a wonderful job at this multi-faceted position - we are lucky to have her. Alex enjoys shopping and spending time with her family and 3 puppies & Kitties.  Alex and her husband Richie just welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Francesca Rose in December 2015.

Lauren Ehrenberg Hartmann

Lauren has been with Three Village Veterinary Hospital for well over ten years. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Animal Science from the University of Delaware. Lauren has multiple responsibilities as our Technician Manager. She assists the doctors during surgeries and appointments, performs dental cleanings, and administers pre and post-operative care. Lauren manages our boarding facility during regular business hours, evenings and Sundays. Her duties also include coordinating technician schedules, ordering and managing medications, medical supplies & prescription food as well as our many other inventory items.  Lauren's vast array of responsibilities make her an invaluable asset to our team. Lauren and her husband welcomed Jovie in November 2011 and Emmy in May 2014.

Jessica Darakis

Jessica has been with Three Village Veterinary Hospital since September 2005. She has over fifteen years of experience working with animals at the North Shore Animal League, and has certification as a Veterinary Assistant which she received at Boces Technical Institute. Some of Jessica's responsibilities are tending to our boarding facility, assisting the doctors with appointments and performing pre and post operative care.

Crissy Soto

Crissy has been with the veterinary hospital since September 2007, when she moved from Nassau County. She previously worked at another veterinary hospital where she gained two years prior experience. Crissy studied biology at Stony Brook University, in preparation for her future goal of becoming a veterinarian. Crissy's duties include assisting the doctors during surgery and examinations as well as caring for our overnight guests on evenings and weekends. She also performs dental cleanings and is truly a wonderful addition to our hospital. Crissy welcomed her adorable daughter, Raven in September 2013.

Shannon Dornemann, L.V.T.

Shannon has been with our team for over 5 years. She graduated the veterinary technician program of Suffolk County Community College in June 2005. Shannon began her career in a general animal hospital but gained most of her experience in Emergency medicine at Animal Emergency Services of Selden. Shannon also has experience working with injured wildlife. Her love for animals began as a child since she grew up with an array of pets including rabbits, chickens, roosters, guinea pigs and huskies.
